Your First Visit
When you first arrive at our dental office, we’ll confirm the information you provided on your online patient form before taking you back to one of our comfortable operatories to begin your visit. We’ll collect X-rays of your mouth and Dr. Carmen will conduct a thorough examination of your teeth and gums. If we spot any issues, we’ll speak to you about them along with our proposed treatment plan. We’ll then thoroughly clear any plaque and tartar from the surface of your teeth before flossing and polishing them. We’ll also offer you a fluoride treatment to help protect your pearly whites from cavities. Before you leave, we’ll schedule your next appointment with us.
Online Patient Forms
We ask that all of our new patients please take the time to fill out our online forms, which you can access by clicking the link below, before you come in for your first appointment. This will keep you from needing to arrive early to fill them out in the office.
