Hard to get much information from me... All is good and I think you guys run a top notch business. I also think you keep it friendly and take time to learn about the people, which is what makes for long term repeat business...
You have the best staff...from the receptionists to the hygienists...I’ve never encountered anyone who was not exceptionally friendly and helpful.
We love you guys and you’re always so friendly and helpful and know you like what you do makes it a more enjoyable place to visit. And you’re fast and you get to know the kids and it gives me the feeling that you care for him as a person. That always makes a mom feel good. Now if you could just have someone give me a pedicure while I’m in the chair, that would be awesome.
I enjoy to pleasant camaraderie in the office and have always been made to feel welcome and important.

Never had going to the dentist been an enjoyable experience for me, but, thankfully, this is no longer true! You, Dr. Carmen, and your staff have a unique and wonderful way of making me feel relaxed and comfortable while still providing services in a professional manner.

I like the additional preventative steps you take such as the oral cancer screening. Other dentists I’ve been to don’t do the extras like you do.
My visit was great. Seemed everyone enjoyed what they were doing and doing a wonderful job.
Kylee was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got a sense that she was genuinely concerned with my teeth. She worked hard given the fact that I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but kept me comfortable with little to no pain.

Everyone that I have ever interacted with there has been very nice and professional. Everyone there is so much nicer than the last dentist I had. Many thanks to everyone there for all that you guys/gals do! One more thing...The even that brought me into your office and got me to continue coming was when I was having issues with my wisdom teeth. My dentist at the time pretty much just old me to deal with the pain and swelling and rinse with saltwater. Kim Shaw called up Dr. Carmen on a day he doesn’t normally work and explained my situation to him. He came in after normal business hours to see a person that at the time wasn’t even a patient of his. That’s why I will continue to come in to you guys for all my dental work.
Everyone is very professional and very kin. I am always made to feel like I am important and I never feel bad because I really don’t take care of my teeth like I should. I am encouraged to take better care of my teeth, which I try to even though I don’t do a good job, but I will try to do better next time. I don’t want to lose my teeth but that is where I am going even if I don’t do better. I thank you for encouraging me to do better because I really don’t want to use dentures. I did use my electric tooth brush yesterday and today. Flossing is my downfall but I will try to improve on that also. Thanks for being kind.

This was my first visit with Dr. Carmen. I was impressed with the thorough exam he performed. It showed he cares about the patients overall health. I have followed Kylie to this practice and am glad I made the switch. My wife has made the switch as well and is happy too. Our daughter has always felt comfortable with Kylie, which is important for a youngster not to have that “going to the dentist stigma.” She enjoyed her visit as well. She liked the TV on the ceiling and of course the treasure box. Every time we drive past your facility she says “daddy there’s our new dentist off where Kylie works.” Keep up the excellent experience you are providing.
